I thoroughly enjoyed being there, the place is lovely and absolutely brilliant.
everything was great here - nice staff and huge rooms. booked a room with so separate single beds. in general the service was excellent. the location was marvellous - ease of access to cricklewood broadway. the hotel was in a good area, not far from marble arch perfect and amorous activities in the early hours and jubilee line straight in to london. the total experience was great, i recommend.

It was in the central location, had efficient staff on the night shift 20 -21 Oct. Stopped by Meral's cafe bistro to get some coffee and treats, its close to the venue, recommend.

I stayed in a clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom, and the location in an area with diverse workers was excellent; plus, I had a good meal at the fast food restaurant.

I travelled with my daughters for the weekend because we were going to Wembley to see Take That & the hotel was perfect for location, the room was spotless & very comfortable & the staff were very helpful & pleasant, the breakfast was great, we were very happy with the value for money, the only downside was the swimming pool was closed & we were looking forward to having a swim the next morning & we weren't told about this until we arrived & saw a notice on reception & the room service menu could have been better as me & one of my daughters have coeliac disease & there was nothing on the menu to cater for this so we had to go out late at night to try & find something to eat, not the best area late at night to be walking the streets! That aside would stay here again as the rooms are fab!
We were not notified that the swimming pool was closed before we arrived or on check in other than a sign on the reception desk & the room service menu could perhaps cater better for people with diet problems...even a jacket potato & salad could be added to the menu, not much trouble surely?

It was excellent location for Wembley also not that far to travel into the city; get a bus to the kilburn station and a day rider and then all the buses and tubes are free from here on in. Car park very small but was able to park even though the hotel was full. Just 4 stops away from wembley park station idea for gigs and footie.
Car park has very steep ramps not good for low to the ground cars, also very small car park for size of hotel and not well signed posted.

The accommodation was a nice size with very attentive staff assisting us in planning our travel routes. Our room was reasonably priced and had smoke detectors for safety measures. - the breakfast included a full English with hash browns, and the restaurant was beautiful.
